GENERAL INFORMATION
We are looking forward to welcoming you in our freshly and exclusively decorated and furnished central apartment. Its 2 rooms + alcove with a loft (3 separated sleeping area) and the two bathrooms makes it suitable even for 8 guests. ***FREE WIRELESS INTERNET*** for laptop users ! Located in the Grand Boulevard (shops, banks,restaurants are next to the front door, New York Café is 2 min walk, pub area 5 min walk.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The apartment has 3 separate sleeping area. The small bedroom ( opens from the hall ) has a double bed, TV and a private bathroom with a shower. From the hall we can get to the alcove which has the fully equipped kitchen in it and there is a stair leading from here to the loft where there is a sleeping facility for two. From the kitchen corner we can get to the bigger bathroom which has a bathtub and a washing machine. Proceeding from the alcove there is the entrance to the big living room which is slightly separated by a closet into two parts. One is a sleeping corner with a double bed, the other is the living / dining room with confortable sofas, armchair ( it is even suiteble for small negotiations ), TV, DVD player and a big dining table. Here there is a sleeping facility for two more people when the sofa is opened as a bed. The small bedroom is very quiet, facing to the courtyard, the livingroom is very light and facing to the Grand Boulevard, but the windows are absolutely special SOUND PROOF ones ( when they are closed, there is no noise at all from the street ).
